When will my order ship?

Standard orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. During the baseball season or following major team announcements, processing times may extend to 5 business days.

Can I return a customized jersey?

Customized jerseys featuring specific names or numbers are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturer defect or a printing error on our part.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, the Lehigh Valley IronPigs Official Store ships to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times for Canadian orders will be calculated at checkout.

What is your return policy for unworn merchandise?

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please include your original packing slip to ensure a smooth refund process.

How do I know what size to order?

We provide a comprehensive size chart for all apparel, including authentic on-field jerseys and lifestyle tees. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

Can I pick up my online order at Coca-Cola Park?

Yes, we offer an 'In-Store Pickup' option at checkout. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email notification to pick it up at the Majestic Clubhouse Store during regular business hours.
